The Hong Kong Safety and Health Certification Scheme Steering Committee (HKSHCS Steering Committee) oversees the direction of certification and accreditation services. It is responsible to determine the standard, procedures and requirements for the certification and accreditation services in order to improve and enhance the safety standard.
