To determine the accreditation and certification standard and criteria, approve the accreditation, certification, suspension and termination of OSH Practitioners and Competent Persons and Safety and Health Management Systems. ” To monitor the efficiency, management and operation of the HKSHCS as well as to identify the strategic development of the scheme.
