According to the current appeal procedure of the HKSHCS, if an applicant disagrees with the decision of the HKSHCS Steering Committee (Steering Committee), the applicant may request a review from the Steering Committee through the HKSHCS. If the applicant remains dissatisfied with the review result, they may submit an appeal. The appeal will be reviewed by an independent HKSHCS Appeal Panel, appointed by the Chairperson of the OSHC. The decision of the Appeal Panel is final.
